We proudly celebrate the Rising Sun of Talisay South Elementary School for being recognized among the Top 5 School Papers in the English Elementary Level, earning the honor of qualifying for the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC). This remarkable feat was guided by the dedication of School Paper Adviser Amelin Joy Pabillo and the leadership of School Head Dr. Julie Ann Geguiento, showcasing the brilliance and resilience of our young campus journalists — and proving that Talisaynon learners can carry the banner of the DepEd Negros Island Region onto the national stage.
