Your vocation as educators goes far beyond imparting lessons, it is a calling to form the minds, hearts, and souls of the children entrusted to our care. With patience, wisdom, and compassion, you share in the mission of the Sisters of Mary: to uplift the poorest of the poor through faith, education, and love.

Teachers have stood faithfully beside our sisters, guiding students not only to knowledge but also to character, values, and resilience. Every word you teach, every sacrifice you make, and every seed of encouragement you plant helps transform lives and bring forth futures filled with hope.

On this day, we give thanks for your tireless commitment, for the countless unseen hours of preparation, and for the love and care you pour into each student. Truly, you are companions on this journey, co-builders of dreams, and living witnesses of God’s providence.

The Sisters of Mary School Girlstown, Inc. proudly celebrated its Math and Science Culminating Activity with the theme:
"Mathematics and Science Toward Shared Vision: Exploring the Future for a Better Tomorrow."

The event featured the exciting 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒉𝑺𝒄𝒊𝒚𝒂𝒘 Competition, with all year levels showcasing their creativity, teamwork, and love for learning through science and math-inspired performances.

Organized by the Math and Science Departments, the activity was a fun, meaningful, and successful celebration of innovation and excellence!

SMS Mathletes Triumph in PHIMO 2025 Final Round 🏆

The spotlight shone brightly on Sisters of Mary School-Girlstown, Inc. (SMSGI) as four exceptional students made their mark on the national stage—bringing home silver and bronze medals in the Philippine International Mathematical Olympiad (PHIMO) 2025 Final Round, held via online platforms last September 20, 2025.

Today, we celebrate the life of our beloved Father Al, whose faith, courage, and boundless love for the poorest of the poor gave birth to the Sisters of Mary Schools, bringing hope, education, and a future to countless children in need.

As we honor his birthday, we also renew our gratitude for his legacy, a mission that continues to live on through every Sister, student, benefactor, and friend inspired by his example. Truly, his life remains a gift that continues to transform generations.

May this celebration of his birth remind us to carry forward his mission of service, compassion, and selfless love, so that his dream for a world where children are lifted from poverty through faith and education will never cease to flourish.

The Sisters of Mary School-Girlstown , Inc. began its annual Family Day 2025 with a heartfelt celebration of the Holy Mass, uniting students, families, and Sisters in prayer and thanksgiving.

After the Mass, the campus came alive with joy as students spent meaningful quality time with their families and friends.

Hugs, laughter, and heartfelt conversations filled every corner, making the day a true celebration of togetherness, faith, and gratitude.

Today, we rejoice with the whole Church in celebrating the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆, our gentle Mother and faithful guide.

Her birth is a dawn of hope, for through her came the Light of the World, Jesus Christ. 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆’s life was marked by faith, humility, and unwavering trust in God’s providence. Her simplicity reveals the greatness of one who allows God to work in every moment. She is the 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 who 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 each of us with a love as tender as her Son’s.

For the Sisters of Mary Schools, she is 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 who inspires every act of compassion, every sacrifice offered, and every lesson shared with love. The mission of Venerable Aloysius Schwartz and the Sisters of Mary is deeply rooted in her maternal presence, echoing her care for the poor, the forgotten, and the young.

As we honor her birthday, let us also renew our devotion to her Son by imitating her example of obedience, purity, and selfless service.

Visiting Day 2025: A Celebration of Love and Family

Students and families were reunited in a once-a-year celebration of Visiting Day, a tradition filled with joy, tears, and heartfelt moments.

The homily during the mass highlighted the “3L’s” — Laway, Luha, and Love. Laway symbolizes the endless stories shared, Luha the tears of joy and longing, and Love the deep bond that unites families despite distance.

After the Mass, parents and children spent time together through shared meals and simple moments of togetherness, making memories to carry until the next reunion.

Visiting Day remains a treasured reminder that family is, and will always be, home.

Even as we mourn the passing of our beloved 𝗣𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀, we are deeply grateful for the gift of his life—a shepherd who walked closely with the poor and the forgotten. His life was a profound testimony of mercy, humility, and the joy of the Gospel. Through his words and witness, he reminded the world that true greatness lies in serving others, especially the least among us.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.

May his legacy continue to inspire us to live simply, love deeply, and serve joyfully.
