Talisay City College shall be known nationally and internationally as a center of excellence in Teacher Educat
ion, Nursing, Industrial Technology, Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Management, and Technical Vocational Programs. Mission

Goals and Objectives:
Within the context of its vision and mission Talisay City College commit itselfto the following directions to:
1. strengthen our teacher education,
nursing program, industrial
technology and technical vocational
programs for a high percentage of
Board Passers and National
Competency/ Certificate II; thus
hasten their employability and
productivity;
2. maximize the use of information for
teaching and learning, research,
administration and management of
the College;
4. take into consideration different
perspectives-political, socio-cultural,
civic-military and spiritual in
designing our academic programs;
and
5. maintain efficient and effective
management operations for attaining
the goals we have set under the
atmosphere of trust, respect,
accountability and transparency.
