This competition aims to develop confidence, build character, and obtain leadership of each model as they will be trained in the industry of modelling, fashion, show business & entertainment. Thru their beauty, glamour, poise, confidence, wit and character, they will rule the youth and be the role model of the new millennium.
They also have the chance to be named
"GLAM BY JOSH ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTION AMBASSADRESS" and bring home sash, crown, trophies, Gift Certificate and an endorsement photoshoot sponsored by the management.
