Camping taught me this…

Sabi ng endocrinologist ko, nung ma discharge ako after my stroke incident, kailangan ko daw baguhin drastically ang diet at overall lifestyle ko. Kain daw ako ng gulay.

Napangiti lang ako kasi basic na sa akin ang pagkain ng ganito. And CAMPING has a lot to do with it.

Mga ganitong pagkain kasi madalas ang niluluto ko pag nagka -camping. Simple lang pero di ko akalaing one day ay magiging everday diet ko. Kahit sardinas lang ang sahog mas lalong goods. Yun nga lang hindi na tulad dati ang dami ng rice. Sapat na dapat ang isang cup. Dati kasi minimum 3 cups sa akin lalo pag ganyan ang ulam

Camping taught me how to appreciate these simple things kaya basic nalang itong tanggapin ng sistema ko.

Nagluluto ka ba nito sa camp? Ginisang alugbati (malabar spinach) + fried tilapia
