With the theme "Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat!", Tangub City Global College highlights not only the value of proper nutrition and food security but also the importance of caring for one's mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. This year’s celebration is packed with fun, meaningful, and health-centered activities such as the Nutrition Wellness Area, Healthy Meal Prep Contest, Nutrition Trivia Zone, TCGC Community Food Pantry, and Healthy Canteen Corner.

Through these initiatives, faculty and staff are reminded that nutrition goes beyond the plate. It’s a lifestyle that nurtures the mind, body, and heart.

Kent Louie Cotamora, Supreme Student Council President, took the stage to engage fellow student leaders in a dynamic discussion on digital citizenship, responsible social media use, and maximizing online platforms for leadership and advocacy.

The talk emphasized the power of the digital space in shaping narratives, building communities, and promoting positive change — both on campus and beyond.
