Being a first time mom is no joke, but these 3 things keep me sane every day:
1. Routines (but flexible ones!)
Having even small daily anchors like morning coffee, baby's nap rhythm, or an evening wind-down helps bring calm and predictability.
2. A "mom village" (even if it's online)
Whether it's a supportive partner, family ot fellow moms in a group chat/tiktok/fb group - being able to vent, laugh, or ask "is this normal?" is a lifesaver.
3. Little pockets of "me-time"
A hot shower, journaling, or scrolling Tiktok guilt-free - those 10 minutes where you feel like you again really recharge your patience and energy.
