Driven by the values of service, discipline, and leadership, cadets joined educators, volunteers, and community partners in preparing TWCES for the upcoming school year. Through collective effort and unwavering dedication, the activity reflected the spirit of 𝐛𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐧—creating a safer, cleaner, and more inspiring environment for its learners.

Beyond maintaining school facilities, Brigada Eskwela serves as a reminder that true leadership is measured by one's willingness to serve. As future leaders and nation-builders, the ICF ROTC Unit remains committed to fostering unity, strengthening communities, and supporting initiatives that promote quality education for all.

On 𝟎𝟗 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the ICF ROTC Unit held its Ring Hop Ceremony, a meaningful milestone that celebrates growth, discipline, and the journey of becoming a better version of oneself.

The Ring Hop Ceremony began with the ribbon cutting. The interpretation of the ring was delivered by 𝟏𝐋𝐓 𝐃𝐀𝐍 𝐅 𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐙 𝐉𝐑 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), ICF ROTC Unit Alumni, followed by the Ring Hop Proper. An inspiring keynote message was given by 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐎 𝐀 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐒 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐀𝐑𝐌) 𝐏𝐀, 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝟑𝟎𝟐 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘿𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧, 𝟯𝙍𝘾𝘿𝙂, 𝙍𝘾𝙋𝘼, while the toast for graduates was led by 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐌 𝐃𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐎 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒) 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧.

On 𝟎𝟗 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝙄𝘾𝙁 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙐𝙉𝙄𝙏 held its Joint Closing Ceremony of Basic and Advance ROTC Cadets and Change of Command and Ceremony.

The program officially started with the Entrance of Colors, followed by the National Anthem through AVP presentation and an invocation led by 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐊𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐂 𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐀 𝐂𝐑𝐔𝐙 𝟐𝐂𝐋. The opening remarks were delivered by 𝐏𝐟𝐜 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐃 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 (𝐑𝐄𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧.

The presentation of graduates was conducted by 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐌 𝐃𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐎 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧, followed by the declaration of graduates led by 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐎 𝐀 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐒 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐀𝐑𝐌) 𝐏𝐀, 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝟑𝟎𝟐 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘿𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧, 𝟯𝙍𝘾𝘿𝙂, 𝙍𝘾𝙋𝘼. Certificates and awards were given by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐂. 𝐏𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧, 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧.

The acceptance and oathtaking of newly enlisted reservists was administered by 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐌 𝐃𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐎 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒). Afterwards, the Guest of Honor and Speaker was introduced by 𝐏𝐟𝐜 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐃 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 (𝐑𝐄𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, followed by an inspirational message from 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐂. 𝐏𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧.

The program continued with the Change of Command Ceremony. The reading of orders was conducted by 𝐒𝐒𝐠 𝐃𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐆 𝐓𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐨 (𝐀𝐆𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣 𝙉𝘾𝙊. The outgoing Corps Commander, 𝐂/𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐀 𝐒 𝐀𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐒 𝟏𝐂𝐋, delivered her message and formally signed the relinquishment of command, while the assumption of command was carried out by 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐋𝐘𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐋 𝐃 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐎𝐒 𝟐𝐂𝐋.

The turnover of unit saber and colors was officiated by 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐎 𝐀 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐒 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐀𝐑𝐌) 𝐏𝐀, followed by the message of the newly appointed Corps Commander, 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐋𝐘𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐋 𝐃 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐎𝐒 𝟐𝐂𝐋. The message of the Director was also delivered by 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐎 𝐀 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐒 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐀𝐑𝐌) 𝐏𝐀.
