On 𝟎𝟖 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝙄𝘾𝙁 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙐𝙉𝙄𝙏, together with the CWTS students, came together to take part in the NSTP Community Outreach Program 2026, extending a helping hand to members of the community, particularly those staying in evacuation centers in Barangay Poblacion Norte, Barangay Apulid, and Barangay San Isidro, Paniqui, Tarlac.

Through the collection, preparation, and distribution of donated items, our students shared not only essential goods but also their time, effort, and compassion. This meaningful initiative gave them an opportunity to connect with the community and put the values of Honor, Patriotism, and Duty into action.

More than just an outreach activity, this initiative serves as a reminder that service begins with a willing heart. Every helping hand, every shared donation, and every act of kindness can bring hope and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

On 𝟐𝟑 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝙄𝘾𝙁 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙐𝙉𝙄𝙏 held its Joint Opening Ceremony of Basic and Advance ROTC Cadets for School Year 2026–2027, Cadet Officer Qualifying Course (COQC), and Donning of Rank Ceremony for the newly promoted Cadet Officers.

The program officially commenced with the Entrance of the Colors, followed by the National Anthem. The Invocation was led by 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐉𝐎𝐘 𝐂 𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐎 𝟏𝐂𝐋, 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙨 𝙎𝟏, followed by the Opening Remarks delivered by 𝐏𝐟𝐜 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐃 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧, formally welcoming the Basic and Advance ROTC Cadets and setting the tone for the new training year.

The program continued with the Message, followed by the Presentation of Students for Opening and the Declaration of Opening led by 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐎 𝐀 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐒 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐀𝐑𝐌) 𝐏𝐀, 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧, 𝟑𝟎𝟐 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘿𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧, 𝟑𝙍𝘾𝘿𝙂, 𝙍𝘾𝙋𝘼, officially marking the opening of the ROTC activities for SY 2026–2027.

A significant part of the ceremony was the Donning of Ranks to the Newly Promoted Cadets. The Reading of Orders was conducted by 𝐒𝐒𝐠 𝐃𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐆 𝐓𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐨 (𝐀𝐆𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣 𝙉𝘾𝙊, formally recognizing the promotion of the Cadet Officers and their increased responsibilities as leaders within the 𝙄𝘾𝙁 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙐𝙉𝙄𝙏.

The ceremony proceeded with a message from 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐄𝐋𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐖𝐈𝐍 𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐎𝐍 𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐃 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙩, followed by the Introduction of the Guest of Honor and Speaker, 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐎 𝐀 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐒 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐀𝐑𝐌) 𝐏𝐀. The Guest of Honor and Speaker delivered a message emphasizing the importance of discipline, leadership, commitment, and service in the development of the cadets.

The program concluded with the Giving of Certificates, recognizing the individuals who contributed to the successful conduct of the ceremony. The event was facilitated by the selected ROTC Cadet Officers, with 𝐏𝐟𝐜 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐒 𝐀𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), and 𝐏𝐟𝐜 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), serving as the Masters of Ceremony.
