Trending SPAM MUSUBI RECIPE🍙🍘

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
Makes: 6–8 pieces

📝 Ingredients:
• 1 can Spam (classic or lite)
• 3 cups cooked rice (Japanese or short grain)
• 2–3 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
• 2 sheets nori (seaweed), cut into strips
• Oil for frying
• Optional: Furikake or sesame seeds for rice

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Slice the Spam
• Cut the Spam into 8 equal slices.
2. Cook the Spa
• Heat a pan with a bit of oil.
• Pan-fry Spam slices until golden brown on both sides.
3. Add Sauce
• In the same pan, add soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce.
• Let Spam simmer in the sauce until it thickens and coats the slices. Set aside.
4. Prepare the Rice
• While warm, season the rice with a little salt or furikake (optional).
5. Assemble the Musubi
• Place plastic wrap or cling film in the empty Spam can or use a musubi mold.
• Press a layer of rice, add a slice of Spam, and press more rice if desired (single or double layer).
• Wrap with a strip of nori to hold it together
6. Serve
• Best served warm or room temp. Wrap in plastic wrap if saving for later!

Homemade Cajun Seasoning recipe👌

Ingredients:
2 tbsp paprika (preferably smoked for more depth)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)

Instructions:

1.Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl until evenly combined.
2.Store in an airtight container or spice jar.
3.Keeps well for up to 6 months in a cool, dry place.
