Day 7 What I Have Learned Today on My 5-Minute Bible Reading
Scripture Focus: Romans 13:8, 1 Timothy 1:5, John 15:13, 1 John 4:7-8, 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Sometimes, it’s easier to be kind to strangers than to people at home.

Love at home doesn’t mean perfection, it means choosing gentleness in daily routines, kahit pagod, kahit stressed.

Today, I’ll start again with patience, kindness, and grace. Because love that begins at home is the kind that changes everything outside.

Day 5 What I Have Learned Today on My 5-Minute Bible Reading
Scripture Focus: Romans 13:8, 1 Timothy 1:5, John 15:13, 1 John 4:7-8, 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

“Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God.”
1 John 4:7-8

This verse reminded me that love doesn’t start with people…IT STARTS WITH GOD. That is why when I try to love on my own, I easily get drained, get tired and get exhausted. TO KEEP LOVING EVEN WHEN IT HURTS.

Loving someone who hurt you doesn’t mean tolerating the pain. IT MEANS REFUSING TO LET BITTERNESS DEFINE YOU.

God’s love changes how we see others. Instead of seeing their offense, we SEE THEIR BROKENNESS. Instead of reacting in anger, we RESPOND WITH GRACE.

Today, I prayed for a love that looks like God’s love…STEADY, PATIENT, FORGIVING. Kasi sabi nga sa verse, “Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”

I want to know Him more, and the best way to do that is to love like Him.

Day 4 What I Have Learned Today on My 5-Minute Bible Reading
Scripture Focus: Romans 13:8, 1 Timothy 1:5, John 15:13, 1 John 4:7-8, 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

“Love keeps no record of wrongs.” 1 Corinthians 13:5

Pero God’s Word is so clear…LOVE DOES NOT KEEP SCORE.

Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting what happened. It means releasing the right to get even. It means CHOOSING PEACE OVER PAIN.

Yet He still welcomes me every time.

When I hold grudges, I realize it’s me who stays in prison, not them. But when I forgive, it’s like chains falling off my own heart. FORGIVENESS MAY NOT CHANGE THE PAST, BUT IT CHANGES YOUR PEACE TODAY.

So today, let us choose to love by letting go. Hindi madali, pero worth it. Let us not krrp a ledger of wrongs, but instead, choose to forgivr and move forward with grace. Because…
A LOVE THAT FORGIVES IS THE KIND OF LOVE THAT HEALS.

If you’re just starting as a VA, remember this: You don’t need to have it all figured out.

What matters is your heart to learn, your willingness to serve, and your commitment to grow.

Skills can be taught — but character builds trust.

Day 30 of my 5 minutes Bible Reading focused on Bible verses about the Holy Spirit (Luke 4:1; Luke 11:13; John 14:26; John 16:7-14; Acts 1:5; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4; Acts 4:8; Galatians 5:16; 1 John 2:27).

When we walk in the Spirit, He produces fruit…love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Hindi ito checklist, it is the evidence of His work in us. Lagi nga sinasabi ng aking husband sa kanyang mga preachings that “it takes 5 years for a mango tree to produce fruits.”

The Spirit doesn’t force transformation, He cultivates it. Habits shift, attitudes soften, reactions improve, and desires realign as we keep walking. Kung wala tayong fruit, the goal is not to try harder but to walk closer.

Today I realized that real change is not behavior modification…IT IS SPIRIT-PRODUCED FRUIT.

Day 29 of my 5 minutes Bible Reading focused on Bible verses about the Holy Spirit (Luke 4:1; Luke 11:13; John 14:26; John 16:7-14; Acts 1:5; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4; Acts 4:8; Galatians 5:16; 1 John 2:27).

There are really days when words fail us…when we sit in quiet tears or stare blankly, unsure how to start a prayer. The pain, confusion, or exhaustion can be so deep that even forming words feels impossible. But Romans 8:26 reminds us of something so comforting: “The Spirit helps us in our weakness.”

When we don’t know what to pray, the Holy Spirit Himself prays for us with groanings too deep for words. Even our sighs, our tears, our silence—lahat ‘yun naiintindihan ng Diyos.

Prayer is not powerful because we manage to say the right words or sound spiritual. It’s powerful because of Who hears it. God understands the language of the heart. When all we can do is whisper “Lord, help me,” or when even that feels too hard, the Spirit steps in. He translates our pain into prayer. He doesn’t wait for us to calm down or feel better before moving, He meets us in the middle of our weakness, right where we are.

Your silence doesn’t mean distance. It might actually be the moment when the Spirit is praying hardest for you. So when words won’t come, let your stillness become your surrender. Because even your silence speaks loudly when the Spirit is with you.

Today I reminded myself that even my silence is not empty when the Spirit is with me.

Good morning, beautiful souls!

Before you open your laptop, open your heart.

Pray first. Plan next. Then show up with peace and purpose.

You’ve got this...and God’s got you.

Day 27 of my 5 minutes Bible Reading focused on Bible verses about the Holy Spirit (Luke 4:1; Luke 11:13; John 14:26; John 16:7-14; Acts 1:5; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4; Acts 4:8; Galatians 5:16; 1 John 2:27).

“But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.” John 16:13
This verse (John 16:13) says the Holy Spirit leads us into all truth. Truth is not just HEAD KNOWLEDGE (marami ang meron nito). Head knowledge is KNOWING FACTS about God or Scripture WITHOUT PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION. Heart knowledge is TRUTH that MOVES from the MIND INTO THE HEART, producing CONVICTION, FAITH and TRANSFORMATION.

TRUTH changes how we live, think, and respond. Pero ang role ng Spirit is NOT JUST TO INFORM…IT IS TO TRANSFORM.

He reveals truth in layers…minsan through Scripture, minsan through correction, minsan through unexpected reminders. Kung open tayo, He guides us into truth that HEALS, FREES, and STRAIGHTENS OUR PATH. Kung resistant tayo, we stay stuck in old patterns kahit may access na tayo sa wisdom.

Truth isn’t always comfortable, sometimes it confronts habits, attitudes, relationships, or decisions we’re clinging to. But the Spirit never exposes without purpose. HIS GOAL IS ALIGNMENT, NOT EMBARASSMENT.

Today, I reminded myself that truth does not change me unless I allow the Spirit to lead me into it fully.
