𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗞𝗮𝗺𝗶 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝘀𝗮 "𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 (𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺), 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗛𝗣___"? 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀
I just need to let this out RIGHT NOW.
Some of us printers, small shop owners, and crafters need help too.
And that help starts with fair pricing and respect for the craft.
As a tiny business trying to make ends meet, madalas naming makita yung mga ganitong posts sa mga FB groups:
"Looking for XYZ, budget Php ___."
At alam niyo ba? We don’t join in those.
Bakit? 𝐊𝐚𝐬𝐢 𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲.
Let’s break it down:
1. 𝐈𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭
Printing isn’t just "print-print lang."
May materials: ink, paper, fabric, vinyl, leather, foil, etc.
May electricity, labor, tools, at maintenance
In the long run, the whole industry suffers.
You check the menu and see what fits your budget—not dictate the price.
The Better Way? Respect for Pricing and Skill
Instead of asking:
"Looking for this, budget is Php ___,"
Try asking:
"How much po for this design, this quality, this quantity?"
"How much po bentahan sa ganitong items, using this design, and quantity"
Let the seller explain the cost breakdown.
Mas malinaw, mas maayos ang usapan, at parehong panig may respeto.
