Behind the scenes: We grind our own meat. 🥩

A little behind the scenes of our Malunggay & Cheese Skinless Longganisa 💚🧀

Kami mismo ang nagg-grind ng pork using our own meat grinder. Minimal fat, freshly ground, and prepared in small batches.

We do this because we want to have better control over the meat we use and the cleanliness of our process. 🤍

And yes, dito pa lang sa grinding stage, makikita mo na kung gaano ka-meaty yung longganisa natin. 🐷

Just sharing a little part of our homemade process. ✨

Sabado breakfast = tocino! 🥓❤️

Hindi siya yung usual na pulang-pula kasi walang artificial food coloring, homemade ito at sakto lang ang tamis. Hindi yung sobrang tamis na tocino ha! 😋

Mas okay talaga na may stock kayo sa ref, pang-almusal, pang-baon ng kids sa school, o pang-“ano ulam natin?” moments. 😂

Gagawa kami today, available sa Tuesday. Ibababad at mamarinate pa, saka i-pack. Kahit may pasobra, ubos agad!

Kaya pa-reserve na bago maubusan. 🥓❤️
