Pagdating talaga sa mga nanay kinakaya lahat. Kahit mag-isa itaguyod yung family, yung financial needs kaya natin yan. Pero pagdating sa mga anak natin, it's a different story.

Whatever reason na nag-lead sa'yo to decide to leave, we know it's hard and we know that you did everything to stay longer.

After Sariah left, she realized she made the right decision.

"My kids don't need a complete family. They need a healthy and stable mom."

Real talk: Yung pinakadelikadong moment sa pagiging nanay? Hindi yung pag-alis mo dahil hindi na okay yung pagsasama.

Yung moment na wala ka nang maibigay emotionally pero pipilit mo pa rin na mag-stay.

This is what Sariah realized. This is why she made the hardest decision of her life.
Pag hindi okay ang mental health mo:
🚨 Hindi mo na sila naririnig ng maayos
🚨 Lahat ng sagot mo ay irritated
🚨 Wala ka nang energy para sa quality time
🚨 Nagiging toxic yung environment na binubuo mo

The truth that will set you free:
Your kids need a healed, stable mom more than they need a "complete" but broken family.

Hindi ka masamang nanay if you choose to heal first.
Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is step back, fix yourself, and come back as the mother they deserve.
