LESS SCREEN, MORE BOOKS—KAYA BA EVERY DAY?

Hindi namin kayang ibigay kay Polly lahat ng bagay, pero habang kaya namin, gusto naming bigyan siya ng oras para maglaro, mag-explore, matuto, at maging bata.

Books have helped us so much since mostly nasa bahay lang kami. And every weekend, we try to take her somewhere new—even simple walks, parks, or an indoor playground.

Wala talaga kaming screen time, pero more than that, we’re simply trying to fill her days with little things she can enjoy and discover.

No judgment. Iba-iba tayo ng parenting journey, pero pare-pareho lang naman ang goal natin—ang mabuti para sa mga anak natin. ❤️

Kasi hindi naman kailangang bongga ang childhood. Sometimes, the simplest moments become the memories they carry with them. 😉

DOUBLE INCOME, ONE KID.

“Swerte niyo naman, pareho kayo nasa bahay lang.”

Yes, we are. Pero behind that, there’s a lot more than what people see.

No helper. 24/7 kami ang bantay kay Polly. Household chores, work, content creation ko, toddler tantrums, pagkain, errands—lahat. 😅 And kapag nagsabay-sabay? Sabog talaga.

Pagod? Yes. Pero proud din.

18 months na si Polly, and since day one, kami lang talaga dalawa. Sabay kaming natutong maging parents, figuring things out as we go.

Daming unsolicited advice along the way, pero we learned to listen, take what makes sense, and trust our instincts.

Hindi perfect ang setup namin, pero we’re grateful na we get to be present for her while working for our little family.

Two incomes, one kid, two tired parents… but one happy little family. 🥰
