- Research plugins or tools as assigned to optimize website functions⁣
- Coordinate with strategy, design, and content teams to deliver projects efficiently⁣

- Write captions and short scripts based on prompts and frameworks⁣
- Format, upload, and schedule posts using Meta Business Suite⁣
- Research hashtags, competitors, and platform trends⁣
- Assist in writing scripts for Reels, TikToks, and short-form video content⁣
- Perform QA checks on scheduled posts to ensure accuracy⁣
- Lead Generation Tasks: outreach messaging, strategic commenting, and engagement to attract leads⁣

Did you know how I came up with my agency's name, Creative Labs PH?⁣
⁣
It all started with a quarter-life crisis in 2011. I was a former teacher working a desk job in a BPO. ⁣
⁣
The pay was good, but deep down, I felt unfulfilled. ⁣
⁣
I wanted more than just going through the motions. I wanted a career that would make a difference, something that felt purposeful.⁣
⁣
I tried looking for remote jobs on O-Desk (now Upwork), but I didn’t have the skills they needed. Every rejection made me doubt myself.⁣
⁣
In 2012, I went through a difficult pregnancy and spent much of it on bed rest. ⁣
⁣
It was one of the hardest times of my life, but I gave birth to a healthy baby boy. ⁣
⁣
Still, I couldn’t shake the feeling that my life was meant for something bigger.⁣
⁣
By 2014, I knew I had to take a leap of faith. ⁣
⁣
I resigned from my BPO job to focus on my family, trusting in God and my husband to provide. ⁣
⁣
It wasn’t an easy decision, but I couldn’t live a mediocre life and then ask my children to chase their dreams.⁣
⁣
That same year, I got a breakthrough.⁣
⁣
I worked for a Kickstarter campaign called Unbelievable Testing Laboratories, a company that made ultra-lightweight, water-resistant shoes. ⁣
⁣
It sounded like a medical lab, but it was all about footwear innovation.⁣
⁣
Working with UTLabs taught me so much about business: customer service, empathy, and the importance of understanding what people really need. ⁣
⁣
I pushed myself to my limits and learned everything I could.⁣
⁣
Then, my boss, Joseph Constanty, saw potential in me. He became my mentor, teaching me how to write for the web. ⁣
⁣
I became his ghostwriter, creating emails, blogs, and even Kickstarter manuals. ⁣
⁣
He later introduced me to Greg Prodrommeaux, the founder of NextStep. ⁣
⁣
Writing for Greg opened doors to content marketing campaigns, website strategy, and more.⁣
⁣
By 2016, I was overwhelmed with work. Projects kept coming in, and I realized I couldn’t handle it alone.⁣
⁣
That’s when the idea of building an agency hit me. I started hiring talented people in my network and teaching them everything I knew...⁣
⁣
Content writing, WordPress management, social media marketing, and graphic design.⁣
⁣
And we did it without Canva.⁣
⁣
Without ChatGPT.⁣
⁣
Without any other tool besides creativity and grit.⁣
⁣
Thus, Creative Labs PH was born. ⁣
