Mula sa Basura, Ganda ang Bunga: Recycle Fashion Show na Puno ng Malikhaing Ideya!

Isang makabuluhan at makulay na Recycle Fashion Show ang ginanap sa Shepherdville College nitong ika-19 ng Marso, 2026. Tampok sa nasabing programa ang iba’t ibang malikhaing kasuotan na gawa mula sa mga recycled materials tulad ng plastik, papel, karton, at iba pang patapong bagay. Ipinakita ng mga mag-aaral ang kanilang husay sa pagdidisenyo at pagmomodelo habang isinusulong ang kahalagahan ng pangangalaga sa kalikasan. Hindi lamang ito naging patimpalak ng ganda at estilo, kundi isa ring paraan upang ipakita na ang basura ay maaari pang maging kapaki-pakinabang sa pamamagitan ng pagkamalikhain. “Sa basurang patapon, may ganda pang nakabaon.”

Sa pamamagitan ng naturang aktibidad, mas lalong naipamulat sa mga mag-aaral ang responsibilidad sa kapaligiran at ang kahalagahan ng pagrerecycle. Kapansin-pansin ang suporta ng mga g**o at kapwa mag-aaral na nagbigay-sigla sa buong programa. Naging inspirasyon din ito sa marami na mag-isip ng mga simpleng paraan upang makatulong sa kalikasan sa araw-araw. Sa kabuuan, ang Recycle Fashion Show ay hindi lamang isang programa, kundi isang makabuluhang hakbang tungo sa mas malinis at mas maayos na kapaligiran.

LOOK|| A Film Showing: Frames of Love and Passion

Love, courage, understanding, and acceptance has been witnessed.✨

A successful film showing happened this February 27, 2026 featuring four (4) original short films created by the Senior High School students. The film showing was attended by the Grade levels 7 to 10 students, who gathered to watch and support the creative works.

The films presented were titled ''Love Requires Freedom", "Follow Your Heart", ''The Untold", and "I Too Exist". Each film focuses on romantic stories, life lessons, and real-life situations as well as complex family dynamics. These films touched the hearts and dazed the students.

Here are the award-winning films:

The films left a lasting impression, as the students were moved by the story with memorable experience. And whether it received a trophy or not, the films were nonetheless appreciated and admired by its audience. It is ended with applause, reflecting the students' positive feedback and also their creative skills and talent.

Let us come together to feel butterflies from the love stories, get teary-eyed, and laugh out loud as we watch 4 films produced by talented Senior High School students. Each film brings unique stories of mysteries, love, friendship, and family dynamics – created with passion and dedication by our very own learners. This presentation features the incredible creativity and filmmaking skills of our young filmmakers, who have put their hearts, time, and effort into every scene and character of their films. ✨🎥

Shepherdville College Convocation 2026

Ang Convocation ay isa sa mga masasayang aktibidad na isinagawa ng Shepherdville College ngayong 2026. Nagkaroon ng ganitong aktibidad ang paaralan upang mas maunawaan ng bawat mag-aaral ang salita ng Diyos at kahalagahan na maidudulot nito sa takdang panahon. Idinaos ang Convocation sa pamamagitan ng pagturo sa mga mag-aaral "Bible Study o Preaching" at ibat-ibang palaro, na ginanap noong ika-23 at ika-24 ng Pebrero, 2026.

Labing anim (16) na grupo ang nakilahok sa Convocation, ito ay pinaghalo-halong grupo ng baitang na 7, 8, 9, at 11. Sa unang araw ay sinimulan muna ito ng pagsamba, papuri, at panalangin. Pagkatapos nito ay dumako naman ang mga estudyante sa unang palaro—Flag Racing at Yell making contest. Sunod ay isang preaching, at sentro nito ang FAITH—kung paano makikita sa gawa ng bawat mag-aaral ang pananampalataya at mas mahubog pa ito; nagkaroon din ito ng friendly games at iba pang mga munting kasiyahan.

Sa pangalawang araw naman ay sinimulan ang morning session ng preaching patungkol sa "Love of God", at "Purpose" naman sa afternoon session. Pagkatapos ng afternoon session na dalawang oras ang itinagal ay nagkaroon naman ng Team Building sa natitirang mahigit dalawang oras—upang mas maging mahusay ang mga estudyante pagdating sa kooperasyon at kakayahang intindihin ang bawat isa sa grupo. Pagkatapos ng lahat na aktibidad ng pangalawang araw, inanunsyo na ang mga grupong nanalo.

🏆: Moses

🥇: Solomon

🥈: Paul

🥉: Joshua

Ang Convocation ay isang mahalagang aktibidad na dapat idaos ng bawat paaralan upang mas makilala at maunawaan ng bawat estudyante ang kahalagahan ng Diyos saatin. Ang mga pagdaos naman ng mga palaro ay hindi lang basta matapos ito at malaro, kundi mas malalim pa ang nais nitong ipabatid—tulad ng pagbuo ng bagong mga kaibigan, pagtaas ng kaalaman, pag-improve ng skills at strategies, at Team work. Umuwi man ng panalo o talo, ang importante ay may baong-baon tayong lahat ng mga bagong bagay na natutunan natin at mga magagandang ala-ala na pakaiingatan nating lahat pagdating ng panahon.
