Good Financial Housekeeping recognizes LGUs that are fiscally transparent and accountable. For the 2024 assessment, the criteria include:
1. Most recent COA Audit Opinion must be Qualified or Unqualified, based on the annual audit report posted on the COA website as of September 27, 2024; and
2. Compliance with the requirements of Full Disclosure Policy for the 2nd - 4th quarter of 2023 and 1st quarter of 2024.
