(Sigma, Ivisan, Roxas City, Panay, Dumalag, Dumarao, Ma-Ayon, Panitan, Dao, Cuartero, Pontevedra, Pilar, President Roxas); (Passi City, Duenas, Badiangan, Mina, Pototan, Barotac Nuevo, Anilao, Di**le, San Enrique, Barotac Viejo, Banate, San Rafael, Balasan, Carles, San Dionisio, Sara, Batad, Lemery, Ajuy, Concepcion, Estancia); Occidental (Talisay City, Silay City, Enrique B. Magalona, Victorias City, Manapla, Cadiz City, Sagay City, San Carlos City, Salvador Benedicto, Calatrava, Toboso, Escalante City);
which may continue for 2 to 3 hours and may affect nearby areas.
