Naiintindihan ko na si Papa

Kaya pala gusto niyang kaming lahat ay sabay sabay kakain, dahil balang araw, hindi na kami kakain nang sabay-sabay.

Naiintindihan ko na rin sya kung bakit hindi niya ako binilhan dati ng laruan, kahit ilang beses pa akong umiyak, dahil hindi pala lahat nakukuha sa pag,iyak at pagluha.

Kaya pala palagi siyang tahimik pag-uwi galing sa trabaho, dahil ‘yong sistema ay nakakapagod nang husto.

Kaya pala palagi niya akong maagang pinapauwi sa bahay, dahil darating ang araw na hindi ko na siya madadatnan.

Ngayon Naiintindihan ko na si Papa,
subalit ‘yong pagkawala niya, hindi ko pa rin klaro, palagi ko na lang iniisip na hindi ako magiging matatag nang ganito, kung hindi siya nawala nang maaga sa mundo.

ESCABECHENG YELLOW FIN TUNA ala Konohay

INGREDIENTS:

1 Yellow Fin Tuna sliced
3 tablespoon sugar
1/3 cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup
water
red bell pepper - cut into strips
green bell pepper -Cut into strips
carrots - cut into strips
ginger - cut into strips
powder pepper
*1 onion -sliced
*3 cloves garlic minced
*1/2 cup cooking oil for frying
*2 tablespoon cooking oil
*1 teaspoon salt for seasoning fish
*Salt and pepper
*2 tablespoon ketchup

HOW TO COOK:

1.Season fish with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan
And once the oil is hot ,fry the fish one side at a time until golden brown, then remove fish from pan and palace it on a serving plate .

2. In a saucepan add oil then, saute, garlic, ginger and onion. Add carrots and bell pepper .Pour in vinegar and dissolved cornstarch and add sugar and ketchup. And salt and pepper to taste .Let it simmer until sauce thickens while stirring occasionally .

3.Put the fish in the Sauce, simmer for 5 minutes and served.
