The 3-day Division-Wide Recalibration Workshop on Inclusive Education, held on September 10–12, 2025 at P. Gomez ES, provided teachers, coordinators, and officers with updated knowledge and strategies to strengthen inclusive practices in K–12 and ALS. The sessions highlighted the importance of collaboration, continuous professional growth, and the shared responsibility of ensuring responsive programs for learners with diverse needs. The workshop renewed participants’ commitment to equity and accessibility in education, reminding them that inclusivity is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time intervention. It also fostered networking and the exchange of best practices across schools, reinforcing the division’s vision of providing quality education where every learner, regardless of ability or background, can succeed.
