📣📣📣
We are reaching out today to address a matter that has recently come to our attention. We have been informed about a post circulating online suggesting that we, as a group, failed to assist one of our own members during a recent accident. First and foremost, we want to make it absolutely clear: we did help.
To the person who made this post, we understand that emotions can run high in such situations, and we deeply regret that there’s been a misunderstanding. The truth is, we were on the scene as soon as we became aware of the incident, and we took immediate action to help in every way possible. However, we also understand that the situation may have been seen differently from another perspective.
It's important to remember that not everything can be captured or communicated in a single moment, and we truly wish we could have shared more at that time. We’ve always strived to act with care and concern for one another, and our intentions were never anything but good. If we missed a step or didn’t respond the way some may have expected, we are sorry. That was never our intention.
