7. Commitment to Democracy – Respect people’s rights and participate in strengthening democratic institutions.
8. Simple Living – Lead modest lives and avoid extravagance.
⚖️ Duties & Responsibilities
Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN): All officials and employees must declare this annually.
Conflict of Interest: Must avoid situations where personal interest may affect public duty.
Prohibited Acts: Includes accepting gifts, favors, or benefits in exchange for influence.
