Species: Blacktip Grouper (Epinephelus fasciatus)
Type: Reef Ambush Predator (Grouper Family)
Habitat: Tropical coral reefs, rocky crevices, and shallow coastal structures.
Behavior: Highly aggressive micro-predator. Feeds on small crustaceans and fish. Known for sudden, hard strikes on light jig heads and soft plastics worked slowly along the bottom.
