Ubay is known as the *center of Eco-Agri Tourism* in Bohol. The name "Ubay" comes from 'ubay-ubay' meaning "alongside" traders used to travel along the shoreline to avoid strong currents.

1. Ubay Stock Farm
Largest and oldest government livestock facility in the Philippines. 4,500 hectares started in 1921. You can experience manual carabao milking, horseback riding, and see grasslands that look like New Zealand. Accredited livestock training facility for Visayas & Mindanao.
2. *Ubay Agri-Park*
100-hectare farm tourism park along the national highway in Lomangog. First of its kind in Visayas. Showcases Bohol's advances in farm technology.
3.*Sinandigan Multi-Species Hatchery*

*Name Origin* From (kalapi) a type of rattan abundant in the area, or a traditional gathering place for traders and fishermen. *San Vicente Ferrer Parish Church*
18th-century Gothic-inspired church built 1933-1954. Known for lancet arches, rose windows, and spires. Declared a *National Cultural Treasure* by the National Museum in 2023. It’s the only Neo-Gothic church in Bohol.
