SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "DANTE" {FRANCISCO} was estimated based on all available data at 810 km East Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (23.3°N, 129.2°E), with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 15 km/h. Meanwhile, at 3:00 AM, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "EMONG" {CO-MAY} was estimated at 245 km West of Bacnotan, La Union (16.8°N, 118.1°E), with maximum sustained winds of 110 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 135 km/h. It is moving Southwestward at 25 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
