365 days of showing up. πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ”₯

May 19, 2025 - the day I started running daily.
Kahit umuulan, bumabagyo, pagod, o walang gana… I still found a way to run.

Before this journey, I was overweight, had high blood sugar, high cholesterol, high uric acid, a bulky stomach and face, a candidate for fatty liver, always tired, and unmotivated.

Some days were fast.
Some days were painful.
Some days, the hardest part was simply showing up.
But every step taught me that discipline will carry you farther than motivation ever can.

βœ… 2x 500KM Pinoy Fitness Finisher (1 ongoing – 96% completed)

βœ… 3x 21KM finisher

This journey was never about competing with others.
It was about becoming a better version of myself, one run, one sunrise, one painful kilometer at a time.

Running changed more than my body.
It changed my mindset.
It taught me patience, resilience, self-respect, and the beauty of silent progress.

Because the truth is…
great things are not built overnight.
They are built in the quiet moments nobody applauds,
when you choose discipline over excuses,
growth over comfort,
and self-love over self-doubt.

Not to brag, but to inspire.
