May 19, 2025 - the day I started running daily.
Kahit umuulan, bumabagyo, pagod, o walang gana⦠I still found a way to run.
Before this journey, I was overweight, had high blood sugar, high cholesterol, high uric acid, a bulky stomach and face, a candidate for fatty liver, always tired, and unmotivated.
Some days were fast.
Some days were painful.
Some days, the hardest part was simply showing up.
But every step taught me that discipline will carry you farther than motivation ever can.
