EMIRATES CABIN CREW HIRING IN THE PHILIPPINES, AUGUST 2025

Emirates, through its official recruitment agency in the Philippines, Industrial Personnel and Management Services, Inc. (IPAMS), continues to hire more flight attendants from the Philippines. Recruitment will run through August 2025.

Previous cabin crew experience is not required. However, applicants must have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role. This means your work should involve face-to-face interactions, not online or over the phone. Examples include nurses, airport passenger service agents (ground crew), hotel receptionists, customer service attendants, waiters, waitresses, and café baristas. As long as you have one year of experience dealing with customers in person, you may qualify.

Other requirements include:
-Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
-A team-oriented attitude with a warm and engaging personality
-Minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm
-Must meet UAE employment visa requirements
-At least 21 years old
-At least one year of hospitality or customer service experience
-Minimum of high school (Grade 12) education
-No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform
