Pinangunahan ni Mayor Venus T. Bautista kasama ang mga kawani ng Universal Leaf Philippines, Inc. (ULPI) ang paglunsad ng Bamboo Plantation sa Bayan ng Tumauini ngayong araw, October 22, 2025 sa Brgy. Dy Abra, Tumauini, Isabela.

Layunin ng proyektong ito na magtatag ng malawakang taniman ng kawayan sa Bayan ng Tumauini na magsisilbing proteksyon laban sa soil erosion, flood mitigation, at karagdagang pagkukunan ng kabuhayan ng mga residente sa community base management area na kinabibilingan ng Brgy. Dy Abra, Brgy. Camasi, at Brgy. Caligayan.

Ayon kay Mayor VTB, ang proyektong ito ay malaking tulong hindi lamang para sa mga residente ng nasabing mga lugar, kundi maging sa layunin ng lokal na pamahalaan na isulong ang environmental sustainability. “Ang pagtatanim ng kawayan ay hindi lamang para sa kalikasan, kundi para rin sa kinabukasan ng ating mga kababayan,” aniya.

Ibinahagi naman ng kinatawan ng Universal Leaf Philippines, Inc. (ULPI) na tuloy-tuloy ang kanilang suporta mula sa pagtatanim hanggang sa produksyon.

Samantala, namahagi rin ng livelihood financial assistance ang ULPI sa Top green Sierra Marde Association ng Brgy. Camasi, Tumauini Upland Farmers Greener Asscociation Inc. ng Brgy. Caligayan, at Sierra Madre Greener Association Inc. ng Brgy. Dy Abra na may kabuuang halaga na ₱1.1 million.

: Nasa kabuuang ₱270 Thousand Pesos na financial support ipinamahagi ni Mayor Venus T. Bautista sa mga atletang mula sa elementary at secondary schools ng Tumauini North District at Tumauini South District para sa Legislative District 1 Athletic Association Meet 2025 na ginanap sa San Pablo, Isabela.

And tulong pinansyal na ito ay taunang ibinibigay ni Mayor VTB bilang suporta sa mga atleta mula sa Bayan ng Tumauini na lumalahok sa nasabing palaro. Maliban pa ito sa karagdagang pondo mula sa Special Education Fund na taunang ipinamamahagi sa bawat paaralan sa Bayan ng Tumauini.

: The Acting Regional Director of Police Regional Office 2, PBGEN ANTONIO P MARALLAG, JR, paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Venus T. Bautista on October 17, 2025.

During his visit, PBGEN MARALLAG expressed his gratitude to Mayor Bautista for the steadfast support extended to Tumauini Police Station for the maintenance of peace and order and public safety in the municipality of Tumauini.

The Acting Regional Director was accompanied by PMAJ MELCHOR AGGABAO, the Chief of Police of Tumauini PS.

The Local Government Unit of Tumauini held its quarterly meetings for various Local Special Bodies, which include the Municipal Council for the Protection of Children (MCPC), Municipal Nutrition Committee and Local Health Board, Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Point System, Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and Children (LCAT-VAWC), Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (LDRRMC), Municipal Solid Waste Management Board (MSWM), Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC), Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC) and End Local Communist Armed Conflict joint meeting at the Amphitheatre, Municipal Hall, Tumauini, Isabela.

Various issues and concerns pertaining to child and women protection, local peace and order and public safety, campaign against illegal drugs, gender sensitivity, health and nutrition, and disaster risk reduction and management, among others, were discussed during the meeting with the end view of addressing them.

The meeting was presided by Hon. Mayor Venus T. Bautista, who heads the different councils as Chairperson, and was attended by the different sets of Vice-Chairperson and members of the said Local Special Bodies, which include Vice-Mayor Cris Uy, SB members, department heads, and representatives from various national government agencies and other offices, representative from civil society organizations, and the private sector.

Isinagawa ngayong araw, October 17, 2025, sa Rudy B. Albano Astrodome ang pamamahagi ng Provincial Government of Isabela sa pangunguna nina Governor Rodito T. Albano at Vice Goernor Kiko Dy ng BRO-Ed allowance para sa unang semester ng SY 2024-2025 sa may kabuuang 2,940 BRO Scholars na nagkakahalaga ng ₱9.3 million. Kasabay nito ang pamimigay ng Financial Assistance sa kabuuang 170 To***co Farmers sa Bayan ng Tumauini.

Bukod sa tulong pinansyal, lahat ng benepisyaryo ng mga nasabing programa ay nabigyan din ng provincial government of Isabela ng bigas bilang tulong sa kanilang pamilya.

Ang nasabing aktibidad ay pinangunahan nina Vice Governor Kiko Dy, Mayor Venus T. Bautista, at SB Shalu Bautista kasama ang iba pang mga panaunin.

Samantala, nagpaabot naman si Mayor Venus T. Bautista ng walang hanggang pasasalamat kina Gov. Rodito Albano at Vice-Gov. Kiko Dy sa pagdadala ng tulong sa bayan ng Tumauini.
