The Commission on Elections has rescheduled the Resumption of the System of Continuing Registration of Voters to August 1 to 10, 2025.

The following applications will be accepted:
☑ Registration
☑ Change/correction of Entries in the Registration Records
☑ Reactivation of Registration Records
☑ Inclusion of Registration Records and Reinstatement of Name in the List of Voters
☑ Updating of Records of PWD, Senior Citizen, and members of IP and ICC

Registration hours will be from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Mondays to Fridays, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, except when declared otherwise by the COMELEC.

Meanwhile, the Register Anywhere Program (RAP) shall be conducted in the National Capital Region (NCR) and select areas in Region III and Region IV-A from August 1-7, 2025.

‼️ ₱560M NGA BALOR SA DROGA GISUNOG‼️

Kapin 80 ka kilo sa mga illegal nga droga nga nagkantidad og ₱560 milyon ang gisunog sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Regional Office VII uban ang pakigtambayayong sa Philippine National Police (PNP), Police Regional Office 7, nga gipanguluhan ni PBGEN REDRICO A MARANAN, Regional Director ug uban pang mga ahensiya sa goberno. Ang mga iligal nga droga gisunog pinaagi sa thermal destruction niadtong Hunyo 5, 2025, didto sa Cosmopolitan Funeral Homes, Junquera Street, Cebu City.

Sa tibuok kantidad nga gisunog, ang mga nakompeska gikan sa PNP mao ang 70.32 kilos nga shabu nga nagkantidad og ₱478,192,436.28, 3.4 kilos nga ma*****na nga nagkantidad og ₱414,650.30, 15.7 milliliters nga nalbuphine hydrochloride nga nagkantidad og ₱3,140.00, ug 16 gramos nga ephedrine nga nagkantidad og ₱79,992.50. Kini nga mga droga nakuha pinaagi sa sunod-sunod nga high-impact anti-drug operations sa Sugbo ug Bohol, diin 6 kilo kapin nga iligal nga droga ang gikan sa nagkadaiyang operasyon sa Probinsya sa Bohol. Kini ang pinakadakong gidaghanon sa iligal nga droga nga gisunog sa PDEA sukad pa sa tuig 2017.

Ang proseso sa pagsunog gisunod ang mga protocol sa Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) ug gisaksihan sa mga representante gikan sa Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), mga LGUs, mga civil society organizations, ug mga miyembro sa media, aron masiguro ang transparency ug public accountability.

Gipaambit ni PCOL ARNEL BANZON, Provincial Director sa Bohol Police Provincial Office (BPPO), ang hugot nga suporta sa kampanya batok sa droga.

“Kini nga kalampusan nagpakita sa lig-on nga kooperasyon sa atong mga yunit ug mga kauban sa komunidad. Ang pagsunog sa mga droga nga nakuha sa Bohol nagpamatood nga seryoso kami sa among misyon nga pukgangon ang droga sa Bohol.,” matud ni PCOL Bañzon. “Padayon ang among operasyon aron mapanalipdan ang katawhan sa Bohol.”

Samtang si PLTCOL NORMAN NUEZ, tigpamaba sa BPPO, misulti nga ang paningkamot sa kapulisan sa Bohol padayon og unahon pagtabang sa komunidad.

“Ang matag gramo nga among nakumpeska ug gisunog dili lang numero kundili simbolo kini sa among tinguha nga malikay ang katawhan sa kadaot sa droga,” matud ni PLTCOL NUEZ.

Magpadayon kami sa pagtinabangay sa PDEA, PRO7, ug uban pang mga ahensya aron makab-ot ang usa ka drug-free Bohol.

This is to inform the public that there is a TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE along Junction Fatima - Katarungan Road, starting February 6, 2025 (Thursday), for the construction of Jct. Tagbilaran East Road (TER) Ubay-Tapal Wharf Road in Ubay, Bohol.

Motorists are advised to take alternate routes.

Alternate Routes:
• For light vehicles (2 wheels up to 4 wheels): Bood to Katarungan Road and vice versa
• For heavy vehicles (6 wheels and above): Calanggaman - Palayan - Imelda - Union and vice versa

Posibleng maging malapad ang sakop ng sirkulasyon ng potensyal na bagyong tatawaging next week kaya asahan ang malawakang epekto nito sa halos buong bansa.

Tandaan: Tumama man o hindi ang nasabing potensyal na bagyo, inaasahang magdadala pa rin ito ng malalakas na pag-ulan at bugso ng hangin lalo na sa kaya paghandaan na po ito hangga’t may kalayuan pa.

Sa mga may lakad next week, planuhin na po ito kaagad dahil magiging masungit ang lagay ng panahon sa malaking bahagi ng bansa.
