Las 4:00 kaina sang aga July 18, 2025 ulihi nakita ang sentro sini sa 335 km East sang Echague, Isabela okon 325 km East sang Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (17.2ยฐN, 124.8ยฐE).
Ini ang may maximum sustained winds nga naga dangat sa 65 km/h malapit sa sentro kag gustiness naga dangat sa 80 km/h. samtang naga hulag sa Northwestward direction sa kadasigon nga 20 km/h

โข Up to 2.5 m: The northeastern seaboard of Aurora and Northern Samar; the eastern seaboards of Catanduanes and Eastern Samar; the seaboards of Romblon, Siquijor, and Camiguin; the northern and western seaboards of Masbate; the southern seaboards of Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Bohol, and Southern Leyte; the northern seaboards of Misamis Oriental, Agusan del Norte, and Surigao del Norte
โข Up to 2.0 m: The western seaboards of Bataan and Batangas; the remaining seaboards of Aurora, Polillo Islands, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, and Northern Samar; the northern seaboards of Camarines Norte; the southern seaboard of Marinduque; the seaboards of Misamis Occidental, Lanao del Norte, and Dinagat Islands
