Around 7:30 AM in Tobuan, Labrador, Pangasinan.

Heavy rain caused flooding along the road, with strong water flowing through the area. Som residents even started placing rocks along the roadside to help slow down the current.

Thankfully, the rain soon eased and the flooding quickly subsided.
