If you are wondering how to create a pop-out profile photo like this, let me show you.

1. First open Canva and upload your photo. Click the 'Edit Photo' and go to 'BG Remover' to remove the background. This feature is available in Canva Pro. You can use other background remover apps and just upload it to Canva.

2. Go to Elements and add the circle frame. Go to 'Position' and send the frame backward.

3. Drag image into the frame and then duplicate. Adjust the duplicate to show the top part and align it with the back image.

4. Go to 'Elements' and add a circle shape. Send it to the back and pick the color you like. Group them together as one element.

5. Finally, upload the photo with transparent background and 𝓿𝓲𝓸𝓵𝓪! Done.✨😍

Easy right?

What is brand and branding? 🤔

Your brand is the set of perceptions people have about your company. But branding is the set of actions you take to cultivate that brand. Grammatically speaking, brand is a noun and branding is a verb.

Branding is essential not only because it gives consumers a memorable impression of your brand but also it allows your customers and clients to know what to expect from you. It is a way for your brand to stand out and be distinguished from your competition.

Branding is sometimes confused with the term ‘brand’ and is often reduced to just the visual elements such as the logo and color.

When you are designing your brand’s logo, that’s branding. When you are brainstorming with your marketing team for your ad campaign, that’s branding. When your social media manager is creating cohesive graphics and engaging with your target customers using your brand voice, that’s branding.

👉In a nutshell, any action you take to shape your brand is branding.

While it seems daunting at first - considering all of the actions, planning, strategizing and implementing all that is set place to cultivate a memorable brand - it is also empowering.
