Level up unlocked! Let’s recap Day 4 of 3.0! 👾🐯

The day began with the workshop “Streamlined: Playback and Livestreaming for Seamless Production,” led by the heads of Tiger Media Network: Joaquin Cabarles, Technical Operations Head; Dominique Rabanes, Livestreaming and Media Library Head; and Ralf Escio, Studio Operations Head. The morning session also featured “On Air & On Point: The Art of Event Hosting and Voice Delivery” by Rex Christian Trinidad, also known as DJ Adam, a Radio Jock at WISH 107.5.

Other workshops included “On the Ground: Essentials of Field Production” by Marvin Rellamas, Production Supervisor at UST Communications Bureau, and “HR Unpacked: Bridging General Practices to TMN’s HR Landscape” by Ryan Quina, HR Associate at Viventis Search Asia and Former President of the Thomasian Junior Association for People Management.

These aspiring Tiger Jocks have stepped up and are now one step closer to becoming part of the only station where you hear the roar — UST Tiger Radio.

3.0 powered through a dynamic third day packed with creativity, storytelling, and hands-on learning! 🎤🐯

The day featured a stellar lineup of industry professionals: Ms. Yani Mayo, Ms. Jill Torre, Ms. Chersie Zulueta, and Mr. Isaac Go led Inside the Game: Sports Production and Courtside Reporting; Thomasian alumna and former TMN volunteer Ms. Marymon Reyes conducted News on the Move: Mastering Mobile Journalism & News Writing; and the Social Media Savvy session was facilitated by the Communications Bureau’s Distribution Unit — Mr. Darren Ramos, Mr. Ace Candelaria, Ms. Ruby Atienza, Mr. Hans Malgapu, and Ms. Georjane Calumba.

We were also joined by Asst. Prof. Jose Mojica for The Writer’s Cut: Crafting Narratives and Scripts for Media; Mr. Frank Mamaril for Studio Ready: Lights, Camera, Action!; and Ms. Pamela Santos from the Communications Bureau’s Creatives Unit, alongside Mr. Lauder De Guzman, for Pixels & Prints: Mastering Adobe Creative Cloud.

Let’s recap Day 2 of 3.0: Powering Passion, Elevating Production! 🎮✨

The second day brought even more skill building opportunities for our Tiger Media Network volunteers through workshops including Soundscapes and Storylines: Music Production and Songwriting by Mr. Nhiko Sabiniano, lead singer and producer of The Nameless Kids and co-writer and producer of Maki’s hits like Saan?, Dilaw, and more, and Pitch Perfect: Building Sponsorships and Strategic Partnerships by Ms. Irish Lorenzo, Head of the Brand Content Collaboration Department at Manila Bulletin.

The day capped off with Sound On: Audio Production Workshop by Mr. Rico Bicol, audio technician at the UST Communications Bureau.

3.0: Powering Passion, Elevating Production, Tiger Media Network’s annual workshop series for our volunteers, kicked off yesterday! 💻📸

The first day featured three impactful workshops, including Google It Right: Mastering Google Suite for Org Productivity and Fundamentals of Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Essentials, led by UST Communications Bureau’s Mr. Ace Candelaria and Ms. Georjane Calumba, respectively. Light It Right: Fundamentals of Lighting for Media Production was conducted by Thomasian alumnus and former TMN volunteer, Mr. Kurt Materiales.
