Ang pagapply ng insurance e protection sa kung ano meron ka ngayon. Hinde ibig sabihin pag magaapply ka e gagamitin mo na agad hinde ganon yun. Gagamitin mo to sa panahon na kelangan mo na.

May mga insurance health plan na 10 to 20yrs to pay lang at lifetime na ang coverage up to age 100.

Sa average employee na sumasahod ng 15k/mo. (Less tax and benefits na yan) at 25yrs. Old at gusto magkroon ng 1million para pagdating ng araw e may ipon sya it will took him/her ahmmm... compute natin

15k/mo. X 12 months = 180k
180k/yr x 10 yrs = 1.8M

So maaring less than 10yrs so kung 25 ka ngayon e mga 33-35yrs old meron ka ng 1M pero ang tanong jan e may nakakasave ba talaga ng 15k/mo. Na average employee?

Wala pa jan basic needs expenses mo. Mga what if's like nagkasakit? Naaksidente?

Ano point ko dito? Simple lang. Insurance lang makakatulong sayo makaipon. Insurance lang din makakatulong sayo na di mawipe out yang iniipon mo ngayon.

Me: Okay, asa graduation lang ako ngayon pero sige send ko in a minute

Client: ay sorry! Okay lang kahit maya
Me: okay lang! Send ko maya pero magusap tayo sa personal ah kasi mas okay mapaliwanag ko din ng maayos tong plan na to. Maganda to pero gusto ko sana mangyare e alam na alam mo advantage and disadvantage ng plan na to.

Di ako usually nagsesend ng proposal sa client not unless nakausap ko na. Importante ang FNA or financial needs analysis lalo na 7yrs na ako sa insurance industry ayaw ko namimislead ang client ko sa mga information na nakikita nila sa social meda bakit? kasi ang kahapon e di na mababalik kaya i make sure na naintindihan at magugustuhan nila mga plans na inooffer natin 🙂

Eto na ang sign para magapply ka na ng insurance at ako ang gawin mong advisor! Bakit? Kasi yung recent client ko ang laki ng premium na binayad pero nadecline! Oo sayang! Di dahil malaki yung premium! sayang kasi di na sya insurable habang buhay. Habang ikaw jan insurable pa tapos ayaw mo.

Kaya gagawin mo kong advisor kasi la naman. Ayaw mo ba? Honest naman ako e tsaka gustong gusto ko ginagawa ko e nagbibigay ng solusyon 😊

If you upgrade something in your life make sure you covered it.

For example and this is true, i put up a business and borrow some money unfortunately the business shut down and I'm in debt. I'm still paying for it and i can say somehow whatever happen to me my debt will not be a burden to my family because i got it covered

It's okay to have things in life but make sure whatever happen don't transfer your obligation to your family
