Let's be real... 😊

Pero... what if hindi sila killjoy? What if yung boundaries na nakaka-irita para sa atin, yun pala paraan ni Lord para iligtas tayo through them...

What if yung “no” nila saved you from pain? What if yung boundary na kinaiinisan mo ang nagprotekta sayo from a fall you never even saw coming? What if the restrictions you hated were actually God’s protection delivered through them?

Kasi leaders aren’t called to be cool, they’re called to be watchmen. They see what you don’t see. They carry what you don’t feel. And they answer to God for the people they lead.

Tayo minsan gusto natin yung leader na always yes, always go, always chill. Pero ang tunay na leader, hindi lang nagpapasaya... minsan nagpapahinto, nagtutuwid, at nagtuturo ng tamang landas.

And when we mature, we realize na the boundaries we used to hate were actually the things that kept us safe.

Honor your leaders. Pray for them. Listen to their guidance. Because sometimes, the instruction that feels uncomfortable is the very instruction God uses to protect your future. 📖

Hebrews 13:17
“Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they keep watch over your souls as those who must give an account.”

🚨 SCIENCE JUST REVEALED WHY LIFTING YOUR HANDS IN WORSHIP HITS SO DEEP…

When you raise your hands, you’re not just “being emotional” — your body is doing something powerful:

❤️ 1. It pumps blood back to your heart faster.

Lifting your arms increases venous return — meaning more blood rushes back to your heart, strengthening your heartbeat and boosting circulation instantly.

🩸 2. It increases oxygen to your brain.

Hands lifted opens your chest, expands your lungs, and sends more oxygen-rich blood to your brain…
Which is why worship suddenly feels clearer, stronger, and more overwhelming.

🧠 3. It activates your peace and surrender response.

This posture signals your nervous system to release tension and enter calm — the perfect state to encounter God.

This is why we read in scripture to lift up holy hands!

God knew these benefits way before we did!

Looking back, all our wins and answered prayers were because of God and His grace alone.

It was God who helped us achieve all of this, and I hope you remember that it was His grace all along.

“Walang ibang maipagmamalaki at maipagyayabang, sapagkat Ikaw lahat ito.” 🥹🙌🏼

I don’t know who needs to hear this but, trust the waiting. God is still working behind the scenes.

What’s meant for you won’t miss you — because when the time is right, the Lord Himself will make it happen. (Isaiah 60:22) 🤍
