Tried this café combo and here’s the honest breakdown:

• Shrimp Aglio Olio – ₱240
• Chicken Cordon Bleu – ₱240
• Sea Salt Latte (Signature) – ₱180
• Sweet Black / Americano – ₱120
Total bill: ₱850 💸

☕ Sea Salt Latte – 9/10
Creamy, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Yung sea salt foam cuts the sweetness kaya hindi nakakaumay. This one’s a repeat order.

☕ Americano – 8.5/10
Strong, bold, clean finish. Perfect pang-pair sa pasta or rice meal.

🍝 Shrimp Aglio Olio – 8/10
Garlic-forward but not overpowering. Not too oily, decent serving, comforting flavor.

🍗 Chicken Cordon Bleu – 9/10
Crispy outside, cheesy and juicy inside. With rice and sauce, super filling and sulit for ₱240.

✨ Ambiance:
Bright, clean, aesthetic interiors. Good lighting, airy space, perfect for chill dates or catch-ups.

Overall rating: 8.7/10

𝗦𝗔𝗔𝗡 𝗬𝗔𝗡?

The kind of place you almost want to gatekeep.

Somewhere in Baguio, we found this hidden gem.
No chaos. No gimmicks. Just food that feels intentional.

Here’s what we had:

• 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 (9/10) — creamy tomato masala, smoky, rich but balanced. Comforting without being too heavy.

• 𝗣𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗱 (9/10) — crispy skin, bright coconut-tamarind glaze. Sweet, tangy, savory in one bite.

• 𝗜𝗻𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽 (8.5/10) — light, warm, nostalgic. Perfect for the cool Baguio air.

• 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 (1000/10) — moist layers, thick cream cheese frosting, perfectly sweet. We even bought take-outs for my mom. Main character energy.

We were also given a complimentary 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗮 (9/10) — silky, light, and elegant.

And to end the night —
𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗮 (9/10), paired with the carrot cake. Warm, toasty, slightly nutty — it balanced the richness of the cream cheese frosting and made every bite feel lighter and more refined. That combo alone? Worth it.

Overall experience: 9.5/10
Every dish felt carefully created. Nothing random. Nothing rushed.

Is it on the pricier side? Yes.
Is it worth trying at least once?
Absolutely yes. Without question.

If you’re guessing somewhere inside Camp John Hay… you’re close.

We had a proper Thursday breakfast here:

• 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸 & 𝗘𝗴𝗴𝘀 (6/10) — tender, well-seasoned steak cooked just right, paired with sunny side eggs and roasted potatoes. Hearty but balanced.

• 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 & 𝗪𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘀 (6/10) — crispy fried chicken with fluffy waffles, sweet and savory done properly.

• 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗮 (6/10) — creamy, lightly spiced, with an espresso kick. Not overly sweet.

• 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 (7/10) — bold, clean, perfect for Baguio weather.

The interiors are warm wood with soft ambient lighting, giving that intimate cabin feel. If you sit outside, you get pine tree views and that peaceful Camp John Hay atmosphere. It’s quiet, relaxed, and perfect for slow mornings or brunch dates.
