Celebrates its 11th Moving Up Ceremonies and 16th Recognition Day ๐โจ
Cahigan National High School honored its Junior High School completers in a formal Moving Up Ceremony on March 30, 2026, at the Barangay Cahigan Court, celebrating their transition to Senior High School as part of its 11th Moving Up Ceremonies and 16th Recognition Day.
A total of 44 students successfully met the requirements of the Kโ12 curriculum, with several learners receiving special awards for academic excellence, leadership, and extracurricular achievements.
The event was graced by distinguished guests, including Alfredo C. Devota, Principal IV of Cagnocot Elementary School, who confirmed the completers. Also present were Glennel P. Pacino , Teacher-In-Charge of Capiรฑahan Elementary School; Barangay Captain Camilo J. Oliverio; Rechel Corpiz, GPTA President; and Honorable Sabas Y. Daroy, education representative of Brgy. Cahigan. Their presence added significance to the celebration.
The keynote speaker, Patrolwoman Jessabel H. Rumol of the Philippine National Police (PNP), delivered an inspiring message, encouraging the completers to embrace the challenges of Senior High School. As she shared, โDonโt lose hope. If you have a dream, there is always a solution. Donโt let your challenges ruin it. A true warrior knows how to fight and think before entering the battle.โ
One of the highlights of the ceremony was the presentation of medals to academic awardees. Rechelle C. Aurora delivered the batch address, expressing heartfelt gratitude to teachers and parents for their unwavering support and resilience throughout the studentsโ journey.
The ceremony concluded with a touching tribute as students surprised their parents and guardians with roses, hugs, and bouquets, symbolizing their deep appreciation for the sacrifices and love that guided them to this milestone.
