VILLASIS, PANGASINAN โ Students of Don Ramon E. Costales Memorial National High School (DRECMNHS) showcased their energy and talent in the Line Dance Mass Field Demonstration Competition at the Villasis Activity Center as part of the school's 63rd Founding Anniversary celebration.
Grades 7 to 9 competed in the Zumba Line Dance category, while Grades 10 to 12 vied for the Hip-hop Line Dance championship.
Opening the event, the DRECMNHS Drum and Lyre Corps delivered an exhilarating exhibition performance, followed by speeches from dignitaries highlighting the significance of school unity and spirit.
In the Zumba Line Dance category, Grade 8 Growling Tigers claimed the championship, followed by Grade 9 Mighty Heroes in second place and Grade 7 Raging Hornets in third. Meanwhile, in the Hip-hop Line Dance category, the Grade 10 Sparkling Jewels triumph as champions, with Grade 12 Maroon Falcons securing second place in a close fight, and Grade 11 Pink Panthers finishing third.
The competition brings together students in a vibrant display of talent and camaraderie, making the anniversary celebration even more memorable.
