Martial Law is not just a date in historyโ€”it is a reminder of the struggle, the sacrifice, and the resilience of the Filipino people. It teaches us that when FREEDOM is silenced, the cost is truth and human dignity. As students, we are called not only to remember but also to reflect, ensuring that the lessons of the past guide the choices we make today.

Let us honor the stories of courage, acknowledge the pain of oppression, and stand firm in our duty to safeguard DEMOCRACY. โœŠ May we never forget, and may we never allow history to repeat itself.

Earlier yesterday, a tornado struck Brgy. Magang, leaving families devastated and in urgent need of support. Homes have been damaged, and many are left without basic necessities.

A faint scream made by the voices burdened with thoughts and pressure. National Su***de Prevention Month highlights physical, mental, and emotional health. Let the voices out of their hiding place, lighten the load of those voices. Remember that we can seek help from our closest friends and family members. Every effort and hard work will always be valid. ๐Ÿ’œ

Together, we can create a world where everyone will be lifted from the voices underneath them and be free from the struggles they faced. A simple act of kindness can help those in need, and a spark of hope and joy can change someone's world in a glimpse. Spread awareness and be a help to them. ๐ŸŒ
