Virac Town Center (VTC) is a product of years of hard work, vision, and investment. Since opening our doors in 2014, VTC has stood as a symbol of progress for Catanduanes—creating jobs, stimulating local business, and providing a space where commerce and community thrive together.
We categorically deny and strongly reject the unfounded allegations being peddled regarding our Phase 3 development. These claims undermine not only the integrity of VTC, but also the undeniable contributions it has made to the island’s economic and social growth.
No one can dispute the fact that VTC has generated employment opportunities for countless Catandunganons, strengthened the local retail sector, and helped expand the economic base of our province.
We have consistently complied with all regulatory requirements and pursued this expansion with the same diligence and commitment that have guided us for over a decade.
We are already in discussions with our legal counsel in regards to filing charges against those spreading baseless accusations. We will not allow malicious attacks to tarnish the reputation of an institution that has long been dedicated to serving the community.
VTC would like to thank all Catandunganons who recognize our company's vision. Expect a bigger and better VTC this coming 2026!
