🌬️ “𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼, 𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘄?” 🌬️

The cold weather makes it so tempting to just curl up in bed, hide under the blanket, and forget about responsibilities. If only deadlines could be suspended too, right? But reality check: time keeps moving, and so do our tasks.

It’s not easy to stay productive when the weather is this cozy, but remember—small steps still matter. Finish one activity, cross out one task, and that already brings you closer to the goal. Don’t let the cold win over your determination.

Progress doesn’t have to be perfect or fast—it just has to be consistent. And at the end of the day, rest feels so much better when you know you’ve accomplished something, no matter how small. ❄️☕📚

Today, we celebrate National Heroes Day 2025—a time to honor the courage, patriotism, and sacrifices of our heroes from the past and recognize the modern-day heroes among us. Mula sa mga lumaban para sa kalayaan hanggang sa mga bayani ng ating panahon, their courage lives on in each of us.

Let’s keep their spirit alive by being heroes in our own ways—sa salita, sa gawa, at sa puso. Let us move forward together, empowered by the legacy of those who came before us and committed to building a stronger, more compassionate Philippines. Mabuhay ang ating mga bayani! Mabuhay ang sambayanang Pilipino!

In observance of this special holiday, there will be no classes on Monday, August 25, 2025. Regular classes will resume on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Let us take this time not only to rest but also to reflect on the sacrifices of our heroes and be inspired to become heroes in our own ways.

On August 18, 2025, SJSFI successfully held its Meeting de Avance, marking the culmination of this year’s campaign period. The event served as a platform for the candidates to present their platforms, articulate their advocacies, and share their vision for the student body.

The Meeting de Avance was not only an opportunity for the candidates to express their commitment to leadership and service, but also for the students to critically engage, listen, and reflect on the direction they wish their organization to take in the coming term. Through open dialogue and presentation of plans, the event highlighted the importance of informed decision-making and active participation in the democratic process.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who attended and supported the activity. Your presence and attention affirm the collective spirit of our community and the shared responsibility of shaping a future guided by integrity, inclusivity, and dedication.

The Zenith Publication will be holding its General Orientation and State of Affairs Meeting on 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐚𝐭 𝟑:𝟑𝟎 𝐏𝐌 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦.

This gathering will highlight our plans for the year and introduce important updates on the restructuring of the club. Attendance is highly encouraged for all current and new members as this will shape the direction of our publication moving forward.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐒𝐉𝐒𝐅'𝐬 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

‎ On July 21, 2025, the Saint Joseph School Foundation, Inc. officially opened the culmination activity for Club Hopping 2025–2026 at the Rev. Fr. Aloysius L. Chang Gymnasium. The event began with warm welcomes from emcees Richie Rhaine Lozano Bowon and Louise Marie Andal Faustino. With students settled in the bleachers, the program started off with inspiring opening remarks from Mr. Marlon G. Jacob, LPT, followed by a graceful intermission performance from the YOSEF Cultural Dance Troupe and an energetic display by the Drum and Lyre.

‎ The event highlighted the introduction of various clubs and sports—each showcasing its unique mission, spirit, and opportunities. These included the Campus Ministry, Chinese Club, Zenith Publication, Drum & Lyre, First Aiders Club, Glee Club, YOSEF Dance Troupe, Lion Dance Troupe, Science and Math Club, Language and Culture Club, Student Guides, Trailblazers, and the Supreme Student Council. Additionally, different sports under the Sports Club—Arnis, Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Dance Sport, Football, Swimming, Table Tennis, and Volleyball—were not outdone, as they also welcomed aspiring members. After the club introductions, students were encouraged to find where their voices fit best. Booths opened wide during the Club Hopping and Registration segment, with representatives welcoming students to explore, sign up, and connect.

‎ As the event came to a close, certificates were awarded to outgoing moderators, with special recognition given to the Lion Dance and Chinese Club for winning Best Booth. Final remarks from Ms. Esther C. Mangubat, LPT, captured the spirit of the event, reminding the Josephean community of the power of involvement. With a final CLAYGO reminder to leave the gym clean and organized, the hosts signed off—ending an event filled with moments that will not be forgotten.

•For the photojournalists, layout editors, videographers, and video editors, the venue will be at the Computer Laboratory (located at the 3rd floor of the Main Building).

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊! | 𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥, 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐁𝐔𝐄𝐍𝐎 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒.𝐘. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔💚✨

On the 22nd of June 2025, Saint Joseph School Foundation Inc. held its traditional Beginning of Unity and Engagement Neo Orientation (BUENO) Seminar, filled with buzzing and refreshing activities. This year's theme was "Messenger of the 21st Century to Serve and Spread Peace and Goodwill," hosted at the Fr. Aloysius Chang Gymnasium.

The seminar opened with a warm welcome for different grade levels—from kindergarten to senior high school—along with school administrators, followed by a heartfelt opening remark that set the tone for the day. Representing the various levels were themed celestial groupings:

📚 Elementary Department
• Angels – Kindergarten
• Archangels – Grades 1 to 3
• Principalities – Grades 4 to 6

🏫 Junior High School
• Dominions – Grade 7
• Virtues – Grade 8
• Powers – Grade 9
• Angel Leaders – Grade 10

🎓 Senior High School
• Seraphims – STEM A Grades 11 and 12, and some STEM C Grade 11 students
• Cherubims – HUMSS Grades 11 and 12, ABM 11, and some STEM C Grade 11 students
• Thrones – STEM B Grades 11 and 12, and some STEM C Grade 11 students

These divinely inspired groups established the theme for the day, highlighting not only unity and identity among all parts but also the spirit of being modern-day messengers for peace and kindness.

Students eagerly participated in team-building games, each designed to foster camaraderie, leadership, and the creation of bonds and memories.

To ignite school spirit, students took part in a friendly yet spirited competition, fueled by enthusiasm and camaraderie, such as the Bench Yell and Banner Making, which sparked a playful rivalry among them. Each section showcased their unity and creativity through powerful chants, vibrant banners, and collaborative problem-solving activities. The gymnasium echoed with cheers and laughter as students bonded over shared goals, embodying the true essence of BUENO—unity, engagement, and joyful participation.
