First Meeting with the Senior Scouts of Lubigan National High School โ Outfit 77
The first meeting of the Senior Scouts of Lubigan National High School โ Outfit 77 was successfully conducted under the leadership of Outfit Adviser Florence Alejandro. The gathering served as an opportunity for the scouts to get acquainted, discuss plans for the school year, and strengthen their commitment to the ideals and principles of scouting.
During the meeting, Adviser Florence Alejandro emphasized the importance of scouting in shaping responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented young individuals. She highlighted that scouting is not only about outdoor activities and camping but also about developing leadership skills, teamwork, self-reliance, and good citizenship. Through scouting, students learn the values of honesty, respect, patriotism, and service to others.
The adviser encouraged every scout to actively participate in scouting activities and to uphold the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives. She reminded the members that being a scout means becoming a role model in school and in the community by demonstrating good character and a willingness to help others.
The meeting concluded with a renewed sense of enthusiasm among the scouts. Members expressed their readiness to work together, accept challenges, and contribute to the success of Outfit 77.
