Strengthening Digital Peacebuilding and Strategic Communication

A three-day capacity building seminar on peacebuilding, preventing violent extremism, and strategic communication was successfully held on October 28–30, 2025, at the Ibiza Ballroom, Marcian Hotel, Zamboanga City, bringing together National Commission on Muslim Filipinos-Region 9 personnel and partners to promote peace and effective communication.

Strengthening Digital Peacebuilding and Strategic Communication

A three-day Capacity Building on Peacebuilding, Preventing Violent Extremism, and Strategic Communication Seminar concluded successfully at the Ibiza Ballroom, Marcian Hotel, Zamboanga City.

From October 28–30, 2025, the event brought together by the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos-Region 9 personnel and partners from across Region IX, fostering dialogue, awareness, and collaboration towards promoting peace and effective governance through communication.

The seminar highlighted insightful sessions led by Ret. PBGen. Madzgani M. Mukaram, Dir. Rhoaisa S. Matolo-Mukaram, JD, and other esteemed speakers who emphasized the vital role of information, unity, and digital tools in countering violent extremism and advancing NCMF’s mission.

A meaningful gathering dedicated to empowering communities, strengthening peace initiatives, and building a more informed and resilient Ummah.
