A simple act of throwing trash properly, wiping tables, and keeping spaces tidy goes a long way in fostering responsibility and good habits. By embracing Clean As You Go (CLAYGO) especially in our canteen, we do not only keep our surroundings neat but also show respect to the people who will use the area after us. It instills a sense of accountability, reminding us that cleanliness is everyone’s responsibility and not just the duty of the maintenance staff.
More than that, it nurtures an environment where students can focus better on learning, where visitors feel welcome, and where the ZPPSU community can take pride in its culture of discipline and care. Together, let’s make CLAYGO a daily habit and prove that small actions, when practiced consistently, create a lasting impact on our campus and beyond.

𝙄𝙉 𝙋𝙃𝙊𝙏𝙊𝙎 | Aspiring student leaders officially filed their Certificates of Candidacy (COC) for the upcoming Local and National Student Council Elections at the OSAS Building on September 4-10, 2025.

At the height of this year's USC elections, United Student Partylist (USP) Standard Bearer, Matt Christian Atilano, filed his candidacy alongside his running mate, Karell Hanes Rezian B. Centinales.

Meanwhile, Students’ With Integrity and Noteworthy Aims for Good Governance (SINAG) Partylist presidential candidate, Abniel Walid Pinciao, also filed his COC with his running mate, Argel Joseph Plantig.

The election committee is being chaired by Prof. Marc Jones Barredo (Head, SOAR), together with Prof. Jay Rodel Serdenia (Director, Student Development) serving as Vice Chair. Moreover, the committee is composed of Dr. Romel Guillermo (OSAS Dean), Ms. Janet Pangilinan (Guidance Counselor), and Prof. Romeo Francisco (Disciplinarian) as members.

Subsequent to the said event, the campaign period will run from September 15-23 followed by the Miting de Avance and Presidential Debate which are scheduled on September 24. Hence, the Election Day will be on September 26.

The event marks the beginning of the electoral race among aspiring student leaders who shall be determined and voted for by the student populace to lead the University Student Council (USC).

As we dive into September, we're reminded that it's Sci-Math Month! A time to celebrate the wonders of science and mathematics, and the incredible minds that drive innovation and discovery. This month-long celebration is the perfect opportunity for students, educators, and enthusiasts to come together and explore the fascinating world of STEM. 🧬👨‍🔬

We're thrilled to highlight the successful hosting of various competitions at ZPPSU Lot 1 - CTE BUILDING 1 and ZPPSU Lot 2 - FSM/HE Building! Events like Moniker, Sudoku, Sci-DaMath, Poster Making, and Slogan Making drew in talented participants who showcased their skills and creativity. These competitions test knowledge and foster teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving—essential skills for the next generation of leaders.

Regardless of the outcome, every participant is a champion in their own right! The true victory lies in the courage to participate, the resilience to learn from failures, and the passion for STEM that drives you forward. ➕➗

Following the announcement from the City Mayor of Zamboanga City declaring No Classes at All Levels for all schools (public and private) on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, due to inclement weather conditions.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬. Teaching personnel may choose not to report to campus but are required to conduct asynchronous classes and properly document all activities.
