ICAS de Calarian Celebrates the Nativity of Our Blessed Virgin Mary
On September 9, 2025, ICAS de Calarian commemorated an Eucharistic Mass in celebration with the birthday of our Blessed Virgin Mary in the gymnasium covered with the serene atmosphere—led by Rev. Fr. Elmer G. Sumile where hands collide and hearts opened.
The Nativity of our Blessed Virgin Mary is a melodic celebration to honor her love, resilience, and compassion—as a loving mother and holy role model. The celebration started with a procession, hand on hand, shoulders carrying Mama Mary, and flowers blooming and waiting to be given to our Blessed Virgin Mary. The start of a holy Eucharistic celebration of purity, hope, and joy—the birth of Mama Mary and her role in the salvation history. Mama Mary's nativity marks the beginning of the fulfilment of God's promises, the feast of humility and light.
The celebration of a Eucharistic Mass for the Nativity of Our Blessed Virgin Mary is a thanksgiving for the gift of her life and her role in showing an example of perfect faith and devotion that leads us closer to Jesus.
