Just In — The WMSU College of Home Economics headed by its Dean, Dr. Lucia Santos, together with BSND faculty, and partner agencies, successfully conducted the BSND Practicum Exit Conference today, May, 6, 2026.

Dr. Berhana I. Flores, OIC-Vice President for Academic Affairs/Chief of Staff, attended the conference and shared insights on how the program can be further improved through continued collaboration and feedback from both WMSU and partner agencies.

Not all that's easy to do is safe, just like accessing links through QR codes called QUISHING.

Quishing, or QR phishing, is a cybersecurity attack where scammers use fraudulent QR codes to trick users into visiting malicious websites, downloading malware, or stealing sensitive credentials. By scanning these malicious codes—often found in phishing emails or on public, tampered posters—users are directed to fake sites that steal financial or personal data, bypassing traditional email security filters (Source: Google)
