San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur's Barangay Poblacion Punong Barangay Er D. Ocapan highlighted the vital role of community participation in driving development during the turnover of the Barangay Health Station under the KALAHI-CIDSS program.
He emphasized that “efforts are never in vain,” underscoring that true progress is achieved when the community actively takes part in development programs. Despite the challenges, he affirmed the dedication of Barangay Poblacion, saying that residents are always willing to contribute for the betterment of their barangay.
