PNP INILUNSAD ANG FOCUSED AGENDA PARA SA BAGONG PILIPINAS-SERBISYONG MABILIS, TAPAT, AT TUNAY NA NARARAMDAMAN

Alinsunod sa pananaw ng Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. para sa isang Bagong Pilipinas na nakabatay sa mabuting pamamahala, kapayapaan, at kaunlaran, inilunsad ng Philippine National Police (PNP) sa pamumuno ni Acting Chief, PNP PLTGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr. ang PNP Focused Agenda—isang makabagong plano na naglalayong gawing mas mabilis, tapat, at tunay na nararamdaman ang serbisyo ng pulisya sa bawat Pilipino.

Sentro ng nasabing adyenda ang mga pangunahing prayoridad:
Management of Resources, Morale and Welfare, Enhanced Managing Police Operations, Integrity Monitoring, at Active Community Support-bilang gabay tungo sa mas pinatibay at makabagong PNP.

“Ang PNP Focused Agenda ay hindi lamang plano ng pamamahala—ito ay isang panata sa bawat Pilipino. Patuloy nating pinaiigting ang paggamit ng mga yaman ng organisasyon, isinusulong ang kapakanan at moral ng ating mga tauhan, at pinatitibay ang operasyon sa pamamagitan ng makabagong pamamaraan ng pulisya. Higit sa lahat, isinasabuhay natin ang disiplina, integridad, at pakikipag-ugnayan sa komunidad,” pahayag ni Acting Chief, PNP PLTGEN Nartatez.

Sa ilalim ng adyendang ito, pinagtitibay ng Management of Resources ang masinop at epektibong paggamit ng yaman ng organisasyon—tao, kagamitan, at pondo; binibigyang-diin ng Morale and Welfare ang kahalagahan ng may motibasyon at propesyonal na hanay; at pinapaigting ng Enhanced Managing Police Operations ang mga estratehiyang nakabatay sa ebidensya laban sa ilegal na droga, loose fi****ms, terorismo, at cybercrimes.

Samantala, tinitiyak ng Integrity Monitoring ang pananagutan sa bawat antas, habang ang Active Community Support ay nagpapatibay ng ugnayan ng kapulisan at mamamayan—dahil ang tiwala ng bayan ang tunay na sandigan ng PNP.

"Ang Focused Agenda ang konkretong tugon ng PNP sa panawagan ng Pangulo para sa isang organisasyong mas tumutugon, mas bukas, at mas nakatuon sa paglilingkod. Ipinapakita nito ang tunay na diwa ng Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat at Nararamdaman, bilang gabay tungo sa Bagong PNP para sa Bagong Pilipinas,” pahayag ni PNP Spokesperson PBGEN Randulf T. Tuaño.

Sa bagong direksyong ito, nananatiling tapat ang PNP sa layuning maglingkod nang may puso, magtaguyod ng katarungan, at maging tunay na sandigan ng bawat Pilipino tungo sa mas ligtas at mas maunlad na bayan.

PNP STATEMENT ON DISINFORMATION AIMED AT DISCREDITING PNP LEADERSHIP

The Philippine National Police (PNP) categorically denies the circulating Facebook post falsely claiming that PLTGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., Acting Chief of the PNP, urged police, military, and other uniformed personnel to disobey lawful orders of the President of the Philippines. These statements are fabricated and malicious, intended to spread confusion and discredit our institution.

The PNP remains steadfast in its allegiance to the Constitution, committed to following lawful orders from our Commander-in-Chief, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., and other duly constituted authorities, while upholding the highest standards of integrity, discipline, and professionalism in all our operations. Our loyalty is to the Filipino people and to the rule of law.

Authorities are currently investigating the source of this disinformation, and the PNP will pursue appropriate legal action against those responsible for spreading falsehoods.

We call on the public to exercise vigilance, verify information through official PNP channels, and refrain from sharing unverified content that may mislead others or undermine public trust.

The PNP continues to serve the Filipino people with honor, dedication, and accountability, while standing firm against attempts to misinform and destabilize the credibility of our law enforcement institutions.

Joint elements of Sta Cruz MPS (lead unit) and PIU ZPPO arrested the accused by virtue of "ALIAS" WARRANT OF ARREST issued by Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 69, Iba Zambales for Violation of sec.68 of PD. 705 as amended by E.O 277 dated December 22,1994 with recommended fixed bail of Twelve thousand pesos (Php 2, 000,00).

Accused was brought to this office for proper disposition .

A DRUG PERSONALITY ARRESTED AFTER THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SEARCH WARRANT AT STA. CRUZ, ZAMBALES

DATE: September 26, 2025

Elements of Sta Cruz MPS led by PMAJ RONNIE G CAAGBAY, COP, implemented a Search Warrant at Purok 5 Sitio Longos, Brgy Bolitoc, Sta Cruz, Zambales. Said Search Warrant was duly issued by Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 69, Iba, Zambales, dated September 19, 2025 against the suspect.

The operating unit lawfully implemented the said Search Warrant in an orderly and humane manner and recovered different drug paraphernalia.

Suspect was subsequently arrested and was apprised of his constitutional rights and the reason for his arrest.

VIOLATION OF SEC 5 AND 11 of RA 9165
September 27, 2025

Anti-illegal Drug (buy-bust) operation was conducted by SDEU of Sta. Cruz MPS which resulted in the arrest of two suspects.

Confiscated during the operation were the following items:

1. More or less 60.90 grams of suspected shabu weight to a non-calibrated weighing scale with a standard drug price of Php 414,120.00;

2. More or less 2.86 grams of suspected ma*****na weight to a non-calibrated weighing scale with a standard drug price of Php 343.20.

The suspects and the pieces of evidence were brought to Sta. Cruz MPS for documentation and disposition.

Relentless Anti-Drug Drive Leads to seizure of Php 414K Worth of Shabu in Zambales Police operatives of Sta. Cruz MPS arrested two suspects, including a high value individual, in a buy-bust operation at Brgy. Lucapon South, Sta. Cruz, Zambales, early morning of September 27, 2025.

Confiscated were more or less 60.90 grams of suspected shabu worth Php 414,120.00 and 2.86 grams of ma*****na worth Php 343.20.

PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., RD PRO3 said that “This success shows our unwavering stand against illegal drugs in line with the directives of Acting CPNP PLTGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr.”
