Last September 11, 2025, we came together for a meaningful and heartfelt Mental Health Talk.
With the theme: "How to cope up with Adolescent Concerns and Issues: Peer Pressure, Bullying, Self-harm, Suicidal Ideation, And Anxiety through Self-care and Resiliency" in partnership with Dr. Joji Cava- Muyuela, RPsy.
It was more than just a talk — it was a safe space where stories were shared, silence was broken, and healing began. One of the most powerful reminders from that day was this: we're not alone. No matter what we’re going through — anxiety, burnout, depression, or simply the heaviness of life — there is always someone willing to listen, to understand, and to walk beside us.
Her words were a gentle yet firm nudge to check in with ourselves, reach out to others, and embrace vulnerability as strength. Mental health matters every single day, and it's okay to ask for help. It's okay to not have everything figured out.
