An infant has been born in India with three hands in an extremely rare medical phenomenon.

The youngster, who was delivered at a local hospital in Rajasthan, north India, had two limbs in the normal place plus a third sprouting from its back.

Russian missiles hit residential buildings in the eastern Ukrainian city of Sloviansk on Friday, killing 11 people, wounding 21 and reducing parts of apartment blocks to a tangled mess of metal and concrete.

Eleven people were killed and 21 wounded, Ukrainian public braodcaster Suspilne reported on Saturday, citing regional emergency services.

A 14-year-old girl was allegedly r***d by her father and brother, Humaira Kanwal reports for BBC Urdu.

The girl, a resident of Azad Kashmir, was taken to hospital by her mother after she complained of stomach pain. Doctors discovered that the girl is pregnant and about to give birth.

The hospital staff decided to report the case to the police, but the girl delivered the baby before officers could arrive at the facility to record her statement.

Investigation has revealed that the victim has alleged that both her brother and father r***d her several times during the last few months. The DNA of the baby she has birthed matches that of her brother’s.

BRISBANE: More than 11,000 Sikhs took part in the second phase of Khalistan Referendum voting at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre amid a massive wave of Indian cyber security mercenary attacks on the electronic voting machines.

There was a disruption in the voting thrice as the electronic online voting system came under a massive cyber security attack by suspected Indian hackers. The first attack was launched – and the system shut down – within 30 minutes of the start of the voting. The system was restored within 30 minutes. For the second and third cyber-attacks, the system was restored within 20 minutes each time.

Pro-Khalistan secessionist group Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), which organised the referendum, said it suspected that the Indian state-backed hackers were involved in the planned attack. The SFJ said this was not the first time that the Indian state had done so, as similar attempts have been made during previous voting phases across Europe. It said there was evidence available that the Indian government was involved in cyber-attacks against the Sikhs.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has again threatened to use nuclear weapons if the US and South Korea continue to show "open hostility" toward Pyongyang, state-run media said on Friday.

"We will continue to make the U.S. and South Korea, which show open hostility towards the DPRK (Democratic People's Republic of Korea) and frequently stage large-scale military drills in and around the Korean peninsula, find themselves being reckless," Kim said while witnessing the launch of a Hwasong-17 intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) on Thursday, according to the Central Korean News Agency.

Kim issued a strong warning to the US and South Korea for their ongoing joint military drills, saying North Korea can respond to nuclear weapons with nukes and instructed his strategic forces to maintain a rapid response posture to deal with any armed conflict or war.

Islamabad: Cash-strapped Pakistan is making concerted efforts to procure Russian crude oil at USD 50 per barrel, at least USD 10 per barrel less than the price cap imposed by the G7 countries due to Moscow's invasion of Ukraine, media reports said on Sunday.
Crude oil is currently being sold globally at USD 82.78 per barrel.

Pakistan, which is currently grappling with high external debt and a weak local currency, is desperate to purchase cheap crude at discounted rates from Russia.
